WHITE SOIL: this vineyard is located at the top of a small plateau 250 meters above sea level, with calcareous soil. The grapevines suffer a little here. This condition makes it possible to obtain an excellent fruit concentration which, thanks to the ventilation, does not over-mature.
This beautiful wine is golden yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is complex and intense, full of sensations typical of ripe fruit, hints of vanilla, dried fruit and spices.
A wine with a strong personality, a good structure, harmonious, elegant and very persistent.
